The Challenge
Santa Clara Valley Health and Hospital wanted to make the patients online experience "myHealth online" and the health officials online experience "HealthLink" simple and more enjoyable to use. Santa Clara Valley Medical Center is a large hospital with over 731 beds. Efficient communication of vital information between patients and health officials is pivotal to ensure a positive visit.
The Solution
We started by breaking down the different parts to the new communication system, internal and external audiences, and branding the two seperate online experiences with sister logos for "myHealth online" and "HealthLink". As the two brand strategies developed it was clear a video describing the way in which online experience will improve for both patients and health officials was a great way to support the new brand rollout and get in front of both audiences.
